​I am Kaden Scopelliti, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new Owner and Director of Next Step Studio of the Performing Arts. I am incredibly excited to become part of this wonderful dance community and to continue the legacy of excellence that has been built here.
As a passionate advocate for the arts and dance education, I am committed to providing a supportive, nurturing, and inspiring environment where every student can grow and thrive. I want to assure you that my intention is to maintain the same high standards and values that have made this studio such a special place for so many families.
I am here to ensure that every dancer, from beginners to advanced, has the opportunity to develop their skills, explore their creativity, and most importantly, have fun in the process.

​Kimberly Quirk (Ballet & Pointe) is a graduate from the University of Arizona with a BFA in Dance and a BSBA in Marketing. Her early dance training took place at Paula Meola Dance in Sterling, Massachusetts where she trained extensively in a variety of genres including ballet, modern, jazz, and contemporary. During this time Kimberly performed frequently as a part of the competition team, earning many honors, as well as in annual performances including the Nutcracker with roles including Clara, Dew Drop Fairy, and Sugar Plum Fairy. Notable works she performed in at the University include Paul Taylor’s Company B, George Balanchine’s Serenade, and Annabelle Ochoa’s Sombrerisimo. Kimberly is constantly inspired by the dance community she’s surrounded with and is excited to continue her professional career in dance through performance, teaching, and choreography.

​Emma Roche (Hip Hop) brings a diverse background in dance, having trained extensively in studio styles including ballet, pointe, tap, contemporary, and jazz at Paula Meola Dance in Sterling, Massachusetts. During her college years, she expanded her repertoire by joining a competitive dance team specializing in hip hop-inspired choreography. Through this team, she performed at numerous colleges throughout the Boston and Rhode Island areas. Most recently, Emma has been a member of LevelUp, a post-graduate dance team based in Attleboro, where she focused on commercial-style choreography. One of her standout projects with the company included performing at Pride festivals throughout the Greater Boston area and in Providence, RI—bringing high-energy, celebratory performances to audiences of thousands.

Samantha West (Musical Theatre, Lyrical, Jazz) brings a lifelong passion for performance and a diverse background in both dance and theatre. She began her training at The Dance Center in Winchendon, Massachusetts at just two years old and continued through her senior year, spending eleven seasons as a committed member of the studio’s competition team. During that time, she earned numerous top awards for both group and solo work and even choreographed one of her own senior-year solos. Her training spans ballet, pointe, contemporary, modern, hip hop, tap, acro, lyrical, and musical theatre, giving her a strong and versatile foundation. Samantha is currently pursuing theatre studies at Mount Wachusett Community College and has appeared in multiple Theatre at the Mount productions, including Grease (2025) and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (2025). Samantha is thrilled to be joining the teaching staff this season and is truly honored to become part of the team.

​Leah Bateman (Tap) began her dance training at Paula Meola Dance and continued at Miss Tanya’s School of Dance, studying ballet, tap, jazz, modern, lyrical, and hip hop. Over her 14 years of training - including four years as a competitive dancer - she developed a strong technical foundation and a love for performance. In college, Leah danced with UMass Pulse Dance Company, where she also choreographed several pieces for their annual showcases. She later traveled nationally with KAR Productions, working with Kids Artistic Revue, Ultra Dance Tour, and Rainbow Dance, experiences that broadened her perspective and deepened her appreciation for diverse choreographic styles. Leah recently completed a 600-hour comprehensive certification in classical Pilates instruction and is excited to bring her knowledge of alignment and conditioning to her dancers.

​Raeanna Deloge (Technique & Tap)
began her dance training at Carole Seretto’s Dance Studio and Free Form Dance Academy, studying ballet, jazz, modern, tap, hip hop, acro, and contemporary. She continued her education at Clark University, earning a minor in Dance and performing with both the Dance Society and Hip Hop Collabo teams. During her time there, she also presented work and performed at institutions throughout the Northern region. For the past five years, Raeanna has taught contemporary and jazz at various studios, where her choreography has received recognition and awards on the competition circuit. Outside the studio, she is currently student-teaching 8th grade math while completing her Master’s in Teaching. Raeanna is excited to bring her technical expertise and creative approach to the team this season.
